dsh-relaycheck：用 relay_check 校驗 LLM API 中轉是否名副其實

dsh-relaycheck 是 YanYunCY 維護的 DeepSeek Harness 插件，爲 agent 提供 relay_check 工具，底層調用 relaycheck 對 profile 中登記的中轉做 identity、protocol、billing、context 四組統計檢測，返回 consistent / inconsistent / inconclusive。中轉 URL 與 keyEnv 寫在 cordis.patch.yml，密鑰僅來自環境變量。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-relaycheck，需 Node ≥ 24.9；默認運行消耗大量短請求與中轉 token，requireApproval 默認爲 true。
