dsh-relaycheck：用 relay_check 校验 LLM API 中转是否名副其实

dsh-relaycheck 是 YanYunCY 维护的 DeepSeek Harness 插件，为 agent 提供 relay_check 工具，底层调用 relaycheck 对 profile 中登记的中转做 identity、protocol、billing、context 四组统计检测，返回 consistent / inconsistent / inconclusive。中转 URL 与 keyEnv 写在 cordis.patch.yml，密钥仅来自环境变量。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-relaycheck，需 Node ≥ 24.9；默认运行消耗大量短请求与中转 token，requireApproval 默认为 true。
