dsh-ptc-router：按任務在 PTC 與 native 工具形態間路由

DeepSeek Harness 通常由 Agent preset 固定 native（多工具 JSON Schema）或 ptc（run_code + SDK）一種形態。dsh-ptc-router 在任務開始時用中英啓發式自動選型，支持 /mode 與 switch_tool_mode 在下一步生效前切換，Agent 作用域覆蓋 preset，無 PTC 運行時回退 native。安裝可通過 Plugins 頁或 `dsh plugin --profile web add github:w756568942/dsh-ptc-router` 後啓用。配置含 threshold、forceMode、extraPtc 等。MIT 許可，兼容 DSH >=0.2.1-rc.2。
