dsh-ptc-router：按任务在 PTC 与 native 工具形态间路由

DeepSeek Harness 通常由 Agent preset 固定 native（多工具 JSON Schema）或 ptc（run_code + SDK）一种形态。dsh-ptc-router 在任务开始时用中英启发式自动选型，支持 /mode 与 switch_tool_mode 在下一步生效前切换，Agent 作用域覆盖 preset，无 PTC 运行时回退 native。安装可通过 Plugins 页或 `dsh plugin --profile web add github:w756568942/dsh-ptc-router` 后启用。配置含 threshold、forceMode、extraPtc 等。MIT 许可，兼容 DSH >=0.2.1-rc.2。
