dsh-llm-model-tuning：在 Models 頁按模型配置推理強度與多模態輸入

dsh-llm-model-tuning 是 xurunxin 維護的 DSH 客戶端 bundle，在 Settings → Models 的自定義 provider 卡片上爲每個模型編輯 reasoningEfforts、input 及路由級 defaultInput，寫入 llm-pi-ai 段且無需重啓。內置編輯器 deliberately 不提供 provider 級 reasoning 控件；本插件以 per-model 粒度避免同一路由下模型能力不一致導致的拒絕。要求 dsh 0.1.7+（configForms）且 profile 已 compose llm-pi-ai。安裝使用 plugin_manager install_bundle 指向包目錄絕對路徑，symlink 安裝支持改源碼後 HMR 或 profile 重啓。
