dsh-git-status-pill：Harness 会话里的浮动 Git 状态条

dsh-git-status-pill 是 luigiinred 维护的 DSH 客户端插件（0.1.0，MIT），在 web profile 的 shell.overlay 浮层显示当前会话仓库的分支、git diff HEAD 行级变更、文件计数与 ahead/behind，并提供可编辑标题的 gh pr create 命令与 Agent 提示。安装使用 README 中的 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-git-status-pill，并在 profiles/web/package.json 的 dsh.profile.bundles 中注册后重启。Host 经 /git-status-pill/status 暴露状态，Client 默认每 4 秒轮询；非仓库工作区可扫描 .git 或填绝对路径。README 注明打包端到端尚未充分验证，插件以 DSH 进程权限读 Git，使用前请审阅源码。
