dsh-git-status-pill：Harness 會話裏的浮動 Git 狀態條

dsh-git-status-pill 是 luigiinred 維護的 DSH 客戶端插件（0.1.0，MIT），在 web profile 的 shell.overlay 浮層顯示當前會話倉庫的分支、git diff HEAD 行級變更、文件計數與 ahead/behind，並提供可編輯標題的 gh pr create 命令與 Agent 提示。安裝使用 README 中的 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-git-status-pill，並在 profiles/web/package.json 的 dsh.profile.bundles 中註冊後重啓。Host 經 /git-status-pill/status 暴露狀態，Client 默認每 4 秒輪詢；非倉庫工作區可掃描 .git 或填絕對路徑。README 註明打包端到端尚未充分驗證，插件以 DSH 進程權限讀 Git，使用前請審閱源碼。
