dsh-tool-subtitle：给 DeepSeek Harness 一套能改时间轴的字幕工具

yuehancn/dsh-tool-subtitle 为 DeepSeek Harness 提供 subtitle_read/write、convert、retime、check、transcribe 等七个结构化工具，将 SRT/VTT/ASS 解析与时间轴运算从正则手工改为可调用本地工具；可选配置 ASR 命令完成音视频转写。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:yuehancn/dsh-tool-subtitle，兼容 dsh 0.2.0-rc.2，MIT 许可。
