DSH 的 web_fetch 在 Clash/mihomo TUN + fake-ip 下常因 DNS 解析到 198.18.0.0/15 等保留段而被 SSRF 防护整站拒绝。社区插件 dsh-web-fetch-lan（wqzhellohhwy）注册 http-lan provider，放行可配置的 fake-ip 段，仍拦截回环、私网与云元数据；并在 apply 中设置 ipv4first 缓解 HTTPS ECONNRESET。零依赖，经 DSH 插件页以绝对路径安装，fakeIpRanges/fakeIpRanges6 可在 cordis.patch.yml 或 profile 覆盖。MIT 1.1.0。
