repo-autopilot-plugin：把 repo-autopilot 只读检查注册成 DSH 工具

repo-autopilot-plugin 由 AristotleAsborg 维护，将 repo-autopilot 打包为 DeepSeek Harness 插件，提供只读工具 repo_autopilot_check（doctor、drill、acceptance、compare）。自带 vendor 副本与 MANIFEST 校验，零凭证、零写入。安装可通过 install.cmd 写入 profile，或 install.py --emit-host 配合 cordis_define。适合在智能体工作流中做环境自检、演练台账、验收表加载与副本哈希比对。
