repo-autopilot-plugin：把 repo-autopilot 只讀檢查註冊成 DSH 工具

repo-autopilot-plugin 由 AristotleAsborg 維護，將 repo-autopilot 打包爲 DeepSeek Harness 插件，提供只讀工具 repo_autopilot_check（doctor、drill、acceptance、compare）。自帶 vendor 副本與 MANIFEST 校驗，零憑證、零寫入。安裝可通過 install.cmd 寫入 profile，或 install.py --emit-host 配合 cordis_define。適合在智能體工作流中做環境自檢、演練臺賬、驗收表加載與副本哈希比對。
