dsh-plugin-installer：在 Harness 界面裏安裝、更新與卸載插件

dsh-plugin-installer 是 DogEgg-alR 維護的 DSH 客戶端插件，在設置→插件中提供「安裝與更新」頁：通過進程內 pluginManager 安裝 pnpm spec（npm、GitHub、本地目錄），應用運行時也可裝；更新轉發 dshmarket update-api/v1（需 dshmarket 1.66+）；卸載支持 bundle-in-use 時的停用與 profile 摘除，並用 pending-cleanup 清理 node_modules。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add github:DogEgg-alR/dsh-plugin-installer，桌面端首次需重啓或讓 DSH 用 install_bundle 安裝。MIT 許可。
