dsh-plugin-installer：在 Harness 界面里安装、更新与卸载插件

dsh-plugin-installer 是 DogEgg-alR 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，在设置→插件中提供「安装与更新」页：通过进程内 pluginManager 安装 pnpm spec（npm、GitHub、本地目录），应用运行时也可装；更新转发 dshmarket update-api/v1（需 dshmarket 1.66+）；卸载支持 bundle-in-use 时的停用与 profile 摘除，并用 pending-cleanup 清理 node_modules。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add github:DogEgg-alR/dsh-plugin-installer，桌面端首次需重启或让 DSH 用 install_bundle 安装。MIT 许可。
