meow-memory：DSH 跨會話七層長期記憶插件

meow-memory 是 Phant0Meow 爲 DeepSeek Harness 開發的跨會話記憶插件。它在工作區用 SQLite 維護 soul/user/project/fact/lesson/topic/rules 七層結構化記憶，首輪注入長期記憶塊，逐條消息做關鍵詞命中，空閒時按窗口 dream 整理。提供 memory_remember、memory_search、memory_project 等工具，BM25 檢索，緩存友好的 system prompt 設計，MIT 許可證，npm 包名 meow-memory。
