github-oauth-plugin：在 DSH 裏用 OAuth 連 GitHub，憑據 AES-256-GCM 落盤

MFCJ45681 維護的 DSH 聯網工具插件，通過 authorization code 與網頁回調連接 GitHub，用 AES-256-GCM 加密存儲 client_secret 與 token，提供 15 個 github_* Agent 工具、右側欄面板與設置頁。支持內置默認 OAuth App、多賬戶切換與默認倉庫偏好。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add github:MFCJ45681/github-oauth-plugin，需重啓 DSH。MIT 開源，Node >=20。
