github-oauth-plugin：在 DSH 里用 OAuth 连 GitHub，凭据 AES-256-GCM 落盘

MFCJ45681 维护的 DSH 联网工具插件，通过 authorization code 与网页回调连接 GitHub，用 AES-256-GCM 加密存储 client_secret 与 token，提供 15 个 github_* Agent 工具、右侧栏面板与设置页。支持内置默认 OAuth App、多账户切换与默认仓库偏好。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add github:MFCJ45681/github-oauth-plugin，需重启 DSH。MIT 开源，Node >=20。
