dsh-zvec-grep：在 DSH 会话里接入工作区语义检索

@jayyuen66/dsh-zvec-grep 为 DeepSeek Harness 注册 zg_search、zg_index、zg_status，经宿主 shell 调用 zg CLI（BM25+向量+RRF），并提供 search-first 门禁与 web 设置卡。适用于 Linux/macOS；需单独安装 @zvec/zvec-grep（≥0.2.2）。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add @jayyuen66/dsh-zvec-grep。
