dsh-wsl-kit: A Cross-System Toolkit for DeepSeek Harness in WSL

`dsh-wsl-kit` is a collection of plugins for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to address compatibility issues between the Windows GUI and native WSL Linux capabilities. It uses a decoupled architecture: the Windows side provides only the UI, while the agent core and toolchain run inside WSL. It supports cross-OS operations, local Linux capabilities (such as containers and LLM inference), and an optional plugin ecosystem. For installation, ensure that the DSH version is ≥0.1.2, run `install.sh` to load the plugins, and manually link the local Linux capability plugins. Note that the npm package name differs from the repository name, and due to dependency limitations, they must be installed one by one.
