dsh-wait-subagent：后台子代理的主动等待工具

dsh-wait-subagent 为 DeepSeek Harness 注册 wait_subagent 工具：在 run_in_background 返回 subagentId 后，事件驱动阻塞直至子代理收尾，同次调用返回 stop_reason 与 closing_message，无需轮询 list_agents。支持可选 timeout_ms 与 AbortSignal 取消。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-wait-subagent 或 github:john-walks-slow/dsh-wait-subagent，重启 DSH 生效。MIT，Node≥22.5。
