dsh-wait-subagent：後臺子代理的主動等待工具

dsh-wait-subagent 爲 DeepSeek Harness 註冊 wait_subagent 工具：在 run_in_background 返回 subagentId 後，事件驅動阻塞直至子代理收尾，同次調用返回 stop_reason 與 closing_message，無需輪詢 list_agents。支持可選 timeout_ms 與 AbortSignal 取消。安裝：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-wait-subagent 或 github:john-walks-slow/dsh-wait-subagent，重啓 DSH 生效。MIT，Node≥22.5。
