dsh-usage-replay：跨會話按模型回放 Token 用量

dsh-usage-replay 是 Eclipse-NotFound 爲 DeepSeek Harness 開發的模型推理類插件。它回放 ~/.dsh/sessions 中的 session 日誌，按 provider/model、按日與工作區聚合 provider 上報的 Token 用量，提供側邊欄用量 Tab、Composer 分模型芯片及兩條本地只讀 HTTP 接口；僅統計 Token，無費用估算與網絡請求。需 DSH 0.2.1+，用量 Tab 可選依賴 dsh-better-sidebar ≥0.28。安裝：dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-usage-replay。
