dsh-task-intake：新任务前先澄清与优化

dsh-task-intake 是 MrXiongBear 维护的 DSH 工作流 bundle，向 system prompt 注入 task-intake:protocol，在新任务执行前重述目标、暴露假设、检索 prior art、提出有限改进与提问，再给出优化计划。本文基于 GitHub README 说明安装命令 dsh plugin --profile desktop add、cordis.patch.yml 配置项、跳过 intake 的条件及 profile 全有或全无的安装风险，便于开发者在 desktop profile 上评估是否启用。
