dsh-task-intake：新任務前先澄清與優化

dsh-task-intake 是 MrXiongBear 維護的 DSH 工作流 bundle，向 system prompt 注入 task-intake:protocol，在新任務執行前重述目標、暴露假設、檢索 prior art、提出有限改進與提問，再給出優化計劃。本文基於 GitHub README 說明安裝命令 dsh plugin --profile desktop add、cordis.patch.yml 配置項、跳過 intake 的條件及 profile 全有或全無的安裝風險，便於開發者在 desktop profile 上評估是否啓用。
