dsh-speech-to-text-ru：为 DSH 语音输入增加离线俄语识别（GigaAM-v3）

DSH 内置 Voice input 使用 SenseVoice，不支持俄语。dsh-speech-to-text-ru 由 almaziphone 维护，在 Host 注册 gigaam-ru 提供方，基于 GigaAM-v3 e2e CTC INT8 与 sherpa-onnx 在 CPU 上离线识别，音频不出本机。需 DSH Desktop ≥ 0.2.1-rc.5，先启用 Voice input 再安装 bundle；支持一键 install.sh 或 dsh plugin --profile desktop add github:almaziphone/dsh-speech-to-text-ru。首次需下载约 322 MB 模型至 ~/.dsh/speech-to-text/gigaam-ru/，MIT 许可。
