dsh-set-model：让 Agent 按任务自主切换模型与思考深度

dsh-set-model 是 DeepSeek Harness 下的模型推理类插件，由 john-walks-slow 维护。它通过可选的 TypeSafe Jev 每轮决策或 set_model、switch_preset 等工具，让根 Agent 在声明的模型档位与 reasoning 强度间切换，并把当前模型注入运行时上下文。支持 policyPrompt 策略、Plan 模式自动升降级、Provider 白名单与上下文窗口护栏，以及 Web 设置页「动态模型」。启用方式为 profile 中 id 为 set-model 的 loader 配置，README 未给出单独 dsh plugin add 命令。
