dsh-reedit: Rewrite and Send Your Own Message

The DSH session log is immutable. The `dsh-reedit` plugin allows users to double-click their own messages to rewrite them and send the rewritten version as a new branch. It intercepts the DOM to provide hover tooltips, double-click editing, and visual markers. The installation command is `dsh plugin --profile <profile> add github:Arbeiter-bit/dsh-reedit`. The plugin generates a light blue bubble tooltip, though the color may vary depending on the theme.
