dsh-recorder-card：把 BLE 錄音卡音頻按需導入 DeepSeek Harness

SynSwarm 維護的 DSH 插件 dsh-recorder-card（0.6.0 開發預覽），將兼容 BLE 錄音卡上的錄音經 Host 藍牙導入本地目錄，支持對話中 recorder_connect、recorder_list、recorder_import 及八個 Agent 工具，可選 DSH 識別器或雲 ASR 轉寫與指紋關聯歸檔。需 Python 3.11+、bleak/requests 與實體錄音卡；安裝命令爲 dsh plugin add dsh-recorder-card。部分長錄音與中斷恢復仍待硬件驗證。
