dsh-py-doctor：把 Python/Django 生产报错粘成结构化诊断

dsh-py-doctor 是 ax2 为 DeepSeek Harness 提供的离线插件，含 python_traceback、pytest_summary、django_migrations、django_sql_n_plus_one、django_checks、celery_report 六个纯函数工具。粘贴 traceback、pytest、migration、SQL、check 或 Celery inspect 原文即可得到 JSON 与 coverage 回执，不执行 Python、不连网。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-py-doctor，装后需重启。MIT 许可，npm 0.1.5。
