dsh-py-doctor：把 Python/Django 生產報錯粘成結構化診斷

dsh-py-doctor 是 ax2 爲 DeepSeek Harness 提供的離線插件，含 python_traceback、pytest_summary、django_migrations、django_sql_n_plus_one、django_checks、celery_report 六個純函數工具。粘貼 traceback、pytest、migration、SQL、check 或 Celery inspect 原文即可得到 JSON 與 coverage 回執，不執行 Python、不連網。安裝：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-py-doctor，裝後需重啓。MIT 許可，npm 0.1.5。
