dsh-prompt-profiles：爲 DSH 會話按名組裝並封存 system prompt

@knopki/dsh-prompt-profiles 爲 DeepSeek Harness 增加按會話選擇的 prompt profile：將可複用 system prompt 片段（section）按順序與 scope 組成命名 profile，在會話啓動時封存進 prompt。支持 Web 編輯器、Composer chip、cordis.patch.yml 存儲與 Preview。安裝：dsh plugin --profile web add @knopki/dsh-prompt-profiles。要求 DSH >=0.1.7-rc.2 <0.2.2-0。MIT 許可證，維護者 knopki。
