dsh-prompt-profiles：为 DSH 会话按名组装并封存 system prompt

@knopki/dsh-prompt-profiles 为 DeepSeek Harness 增加按会话选择的 prompt profile：将可复用 system prompt 片段（section）按顺序与 scope 组成命名 profile，在会话启动时封存进 prompt。支持 Web 编辑器、Composer chip、cordis.patch.yml 存储与 Preview。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add @knopki/dsh-prompt-profiles。要求 DSH >=0.1.7-rc.2 <0.2.2-0。MIT 许可证，维护者 knopki。
