dsh-pnpm-manager：为 DSH 下的 pnpm 做代理与 registry 切换

dsh-pnpm-manager 是 easyzoom 维护的 DeepSeek Harness 客户端插件（MIT，0.1.0），通过宿主 Config 与可选设置页「pnpm 代理」标签，以及独立 CLI，只改写 ~/.npmrc 的 proxy、https-proxy 与 registry，支持 on/off/auto 模式、镜像与连接测试。安装使用官方 dsh plugin 命令（github main、npm 或本地路径）。适合防火墙后需本机代理或频繁切换 registry 的 DSH 用户。
