dsh-pnpm-manager：爲 DSH 下的 pnpm 做代理與 registry 切換

dsh-pnpm-manager 是 easyzoom 維護的 DeepSeek Harness 客戶端插件（MIT，0.1.0），通過宿主 Config 與可選設置頁「pnpm 代理」標籤，以及獨立 CLI，只改寫 ~/.npmrc 的 proxy、https-proxy 與 registry，支持 on/off/auto 模式、鏡像與連接測試。安裝使用官方 dsh plugin 命令（github main、npm 或本地路徑）。適合防火牆後需本機代理或頻繁切換 registry 的 DSH 用戶。
