dsh-plugins-git-sync：用 Git 倉庫備份與多設備同步 DSH 插件

插件備份（dsh-plugins-git-sync）是 songni370 維護的 DSH 聯網工具插件，將用戶安裝的第三方插件及版本、啓停與配置以 JSON 寫入私有 Git 倉庫，支持備份恢復、雙向同步、衝突選擇與按提交回滾。HTTPS 令牌僅存環境變量名，不同步內置插件與 cordis 條目。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugins-git-sync@latest，多 Profile 需在 profiles 子目錄分別同步。
