dsh-plugins-git-sync：用 Git 仓库备份与多设备同步 DSH 插件

插件备份（dsh-plugins-git-sync）是 songni370 维护的 DSH 联网工具插件，将用户安装的第三方插件及版本、启停与配置以 JSON 写入私有 Git 仓库，支持备份恢复、双向同步、冲突选择与按提交回滚。HTTPS 令牌仅存环境变量名，不同步内置插件与 cordis 条目。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugins-git-sync@latest，多 Profile 需在 profiles 子目录分别同步。
