dsh-plugin-smart-config：DSH 下的模型智能配置與參數適配

dsh-plugin-smart-config 由 TACONailoong 維護，將 ZCode 的推薦配置引擎逆向移植爲 DeepSeek Harness Cordis 插件。通過五層級聯規則、字段級覆寫繼承、工具與多模態守衛及推理參數映射，把 contextWindow、input、reasoningEfforts 等寫入 llm-pi-ai 檔案，適配 dsh 0.2.0-rc.2。內置 Revision 30 離線規則並支持雲端熱更新。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugin-smart-config，亦可 npm 安裝後以 SmartConfigService 獨立解析模型推薦配置。
