dsh-plugin-smart-config：DSH 下的模型智能配置与参数适配

dsh-plugin-smart-config 由 TACONailoong 维护，将 ZCode 的推荐配置引擎逆向移植为 DeepSeek Harness Cordis 插件。通过五层级联规则、字段级覆写继承、工具与多模态守卫及推理参数映射，把 contextWindow、input、reasoningEfforts 等写入 llm-pi-ai 档案，适配 dsh 0.2.0-rc.2。内置 Revision 30 离线规则并支持云端热更新。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugin-smart-config，亦可 npm 安装后以 SmartConfigService 独立解析模型推荐配置。
