dsh-plugin-chatgpt：用 ChatGPT 訂閱在 DSH 裏當模型提供方

dsh-plugin-chatgpt 是 ckanner 維護的 DSH 社區插件，通過 Sign in with ChatGPT 完成 OAuth 登錄，無需 API Key，在 harness 中註冊 chatgpt 提供方路由。模型列表、上下文與 reasoning 檔位來自賬號 listing；可在 Settings → Models 登錄並啓用模型，可選 contextWindowLimit 與 modelContextWindowLimits 調整上下文預算。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile <name> add dsh-plugin-chatgpt，安裝後需重啓 profile。適合已有 ChatGPT 訂閱、希望在 DSH 內用訂閱額度推理的開發者；使用前請查閱 GitHub 源碼、MIT 許可證及已知限制。
