dsh-plugin-batch-toggle：DSH 插件管理裏的一鍵 npm 批量更新

dsh-plugin-batch-toggle 是 ricardooooooa 維護的 DSH 客戶端插件（v0.2.0），在插件管理與 dshmarket 頁頭提供一鍵更新，對符合條件的 npm 第三方 bundle 順序執行查版、停用、卸舊、裝新並恢復啓用意圖；失敗項盡力回滾並繼續後續包，狀態保存在 profile 的 .dsh-plugin-batch-toggle/。需 DSH 0.2.1-rc.5 與 Node.js 24+，通過 GitHub Release tarball 安裝，非 npm 發佈。
