dsh-plugin-batch-toggle：DSH 插件管理里的一键 npm 批量更新

dsh-plugin-batch-toggle 是 ricardooooooa 维护的 DSH 客户端插件（v0.2.0），在插件管理与 dshmarket 页头提供一键更新，对符合条件的 npm 第三方 bundle 顺序执行查版、停用、卸旧、装新并恢复启用意图；失败项尽力回滚并继续后续包，状态保存在 profile 的 .dsh-plugin-batch-toggle/。需 DSH 0.2.1-rc.5 与 Node.js 24+，通过 GitHub Release tarball 安装，非 npm 发布。
