dsh-notice：DSH 每輪任務結束時的系統通知

dsh-notice 是 yimengsuper2432 維護的 DSH 客戶端插件。每輪模型停手後按完成/出錯/中斷分別發系統通知，默認僅窗口在後臺時提醒，可設最短耗時與子任務靜默。通知含會話標題、模型、輪次、用時與回覆摘要；優先通過頁面 SSE 與 Web Notification 發送，回退 PowerShell/osascript/notify-send。點擊通知可經 focus 接口拉回 DSH 前臺。配置存於 dsh-notice.json，安裝需 link 進 profile 並 pnpm install。MIT 許可，Windows/macOS/Linux 通用。
