dsh-notice：DSH 每轮任务结束时的系统通知

dsh-notice 是 yimengsuper2432 维护的 DSH 客户端插件。每轮模型停手后按完成/出错/中断分别发系统通知，默认仅窗口在后台时提醒，可设最短耗时与子任务静默。通知含会话标题、模型、轮次、用时与回复摘要；优先通过页面 SSE 与 Web Notification 发送，回退 PowerShell/osascript/notify-send。点击通知可经 focus 接口拉回 DSH 前台。配置存于 dsh-notice.json，安装需 link 进 profile 并 pnpm install。MIT 许可，Windows/macOS/Linux 通用。
