dsh-memory-rules：DSH 本地 SQLite 長期記憶與可編輯協作規則

147-sys 維護的 dsh-memory-rules（v3.2.0）爲 DeepSeek Harness 提供本機 SQLite 四層長期記憶、四路 RRF 檢索與可編輯 system prompt 規則塊，合併原 memory 與 user-rules bundle；含 pre-step recall、七項 memory 工具、信念 consolidation 及「記憶與規則」Web UI。安裝見官方 INSTALL.md（GUI、link 安裝或改 profile），數據在 ~/.dsh/memory，零網絡無遙測。
