dsh-magpie-sync：從 Magpie 同步模型輸入模態與 thinking level

介紹社區插件 @ovv/dsh-magpie-sync：在 DSH Web 設置中爲 Magpie 等提供方一鍵同步 /v1/models 中的輸入模態與 reasoning 檔位，映射 none→off 並過濾 ultra 等 llm-pi-ai 不支持的檔位。含官方安裝命令 dsh plugin --profile web add @ovv/dsh-magpie-sync -w 與「設置→模型→立即同步」用法，版本 0.4.0，MIT。
