LOOPScope：在 DSH Web GUI 裏看 agent 循環與軌跡

LOOPScope（dsh-loopscope）是 hanranCode 維護的 DSH 工作流插件，只讀消費會話 durable event window，在 Web 右側欄提供時長條、時間軸與 LOOP 循環卡片三種視圖，展示相位環、Token 賬本、首字延遲與工具調用明細。適用於 >=0.2.0 <0.3.0 的 Web GUI，可通過 plugin_manager 或 dsh plugin --profile web add github:hanranCode/dsh-loopscope 安裝，MIT 許可。
