LOOPScope：在 DSH Web GUI 里看 agent 循环与轨迹

LOOPScope（dsh-loopscope）是 hanranCode 维护的 DSH 工作流插件，只读消费会话 durable event window，在 Web 右侧栏提供时长条、时间轴与 LOOP 循环卡片三种视图，展示相位环、Token 账本、首字延迟与工具调用明细。适用于 >=0.2.0 <0.3.0 的 Web GUI，可通过 plugin_manager 或 dsh plugin --profile web add github:hanranCode/dsh-loopscope 安装，MIT 许可。
