dsh-llm-chatgpt-plan：在 DeepSeek Harness 主模型中使用 ChatGPT 訂閱

dsh-llm-chatgpt-plan 由 XavierMarquis93 維護，將 ChatGPT premium plan 通過官方 OAuth 動態註冊與 Responses API 接入 DeepSeek Harness 主模型，支持多賬號、流式輸出與 dsh 工具調用，無需 Platform API Key。適配桌面版 0.2.0-rc.2，版本 0.1.7（MIT）。安裝使用 dsh plugin --profile desktop add 指定 tgz 絕對路徑；在設置→模型中 Continue with ChatGPT 授權後於主模型選擇器選用。卸載前需退出登錄。插件以 dsh 進程權限運行，安裝前應審閱源碼。
