dsh-inject-head：在 DSH 系統提示詞最頂部注入固定文本

dsh-inject-head 是 HYBB-rash 維護的 DSH 模型推理類插件，零依賴，通過 operator:head section 與 inject_head 變量在同一份文本源下，把固定內容放在每份系統提示詞最上方。配置優先級爲 DSH_INJECT_HEAD_TEXT、DSH_INJECT_HEAD_FILE、~/.dsh/inject-head.md 或默認空值；改文件下一輪生效。complete:true 的 preset 需在 persona 前綴引用 {{inject_head}}。安裝爲 bundle link，首次需重啓 harness。注意 token 成本、會話可見性及與其它插件 persona 校驗的衝突。
