dsh-inject-head：在 DSH 系统提示词最顶部注入固定文本

dsh-inject-head 是 HYBB-rash 维护的 DSH 模型推理类插件，零依赖，通过 operator:head section 与 inject_head 变量在同一份文本源下，把固定内容放在每份系统提示词最上方。配置优先级为 DSH_INJECT_HEAD_TEXT、DSH_INJECT_HEAD_FILE、~/.dsh/inject-head.md 或默认空值；改文件下一轮生效。complete:true 的 preset 需在 persona 前缀引用 {{inject_head}}。安装为 bundle link，首次需重启 harness。注意 token 成本、会话可见性及与其它插件 persona 校验的冲突。
