@comecaramelos/dsh-hover-information: Enhancing Hover Cards and the Sidebar in DSH Web UI

The `@comecaramelos/dsh-hover-information` plugin aims to address fragmented information access by enhancing the interaction details of the DeepSeek Harness Web UI. Its core features include: adding quick copy for ID/path and configurable detailed metrics display in hover cards; adding a copy button for file paths in the sidebar; adding a task cancellation button in the background job list; and displaying provider information in the model selector. Installation requires either CLI or manual configuration, and the service must be restarted after installation (as hot updates are not supported).
